Product Description
A vintage early 1970's (c. 1973) evening gown by Eastex made from light blue and brown floral nylon chiffon. It has a high empire waist and is trimmed with brown copper satin ribbon. The dress is lined in white nylon and fastens at the back with a nylon zipper.
The dress is in very good wearable condition. It does have light wear from age and light use. I found a small 1/2" portion of ribbon on the left sleeve has been eaten by moths at the very extreme edge and there are some very light brown age spots to the chiffon, none of this detracts from the look of the dress at all. There is also some light soiling/ staining to the white lining but this does not show through the chiffon. No underarm staining and the dress has been dry-cleaned.
Bust measures 39" (will fit a 36" bust), high (rib) waist measures 31" (will fit a 29" rib), shoulders measure 15", Length from shoulder to hem is 54".
