An early 1950's summer party dress ensemble made from sheer yellow nylon with grey floral velvet flocking and lined with bright yellow nylon taffeta for that "swish, swish" noise.

The outfit consists of an A-line shaped skirt dress, bolero jacket and two belts. A narrow buckle belt for day use and a wide boned grey chiffon bow belt to give the dress more of a formal look for parties.

The ensemble is in very good to excellent condition and only looks to have been worn a few times. There is slight discoloration on the lining at the underarms but this does not show on the outside of the dress at all. I also found the odd 1/8"- 1/4" sized light brown age spot on the skirt but these get lost within the folds of the skirt and are not noticeable.

A small- medium size. Bust measures 39 1/2" (will fit a 36"- 37" bust), underbust/rib measures 32 1/22, waist measures 28 1/2". Hips are full but will suit hips up to 38", length from shoulder to waist seam is 15 1/2", length from shoulder to hem is 45".

Bolero jacket is proportioned to fit over the dress and measures 15 1/2" long from the nape of the neck to hem.
