A mid 1960's evening jacket made from gold lurex woven creme brocade and trimmed with white Ostrich feathers on the 3/4 length sleeve cuffs.
The jacket fastens at the neck with hooks and eyes and is lined in creme colored taffeta. It is in excellent condition with only slight wear to the fabric at the very top of the neckline but nothing noticeable. Does not appear to have been worn very much.
A size medium/ large. I am 5'9" and a UK size 16 (US 14) and this fits me perfectly but would also fit a size or two smaller than me as it's meant to be worn loose and slightly open at the front. Shoulders measure 15 1/2" but these are high placed shoulder seams my shoulders are 16" and this fits me fine. Bust measures 42", waist/ hips are free, sleeve length is approx. 19", length from shoulder to hem is 38".
