A cute 1960's babydoll and nightie set made by Louis Jean from candy pink nylon tricot and trimmed with white nylon broderie anglaise.
The set is in very good- excellent condition. I did find the odd little snag from approx. 45 years of storage but it does not appear to have been worn very much, if at all as the broderie anglaise trim is still crisp.
Labelled as a size small but would fit a size small/medium in today's sizing. Nightgown will fit shoulders up to 15 1/2", a bust of 34"- 36", a waist up to 28"/30" and hips up to 38". Length from shoulder to hem is 33".
Robe is proportioned to fit over the babydoll and measures 34" long from shoulder to hem.
