A vintage late 1950's party dress made from light pinky-lilac colored chiffon with floral embroidery and lined in matching taffeta. The skirt has a built in net crinoline and fastens at the back with a metal zipper.

The dress is in very good condition and does not appear to have been worn very often. The seam at each underarm edge has slight yellowing but it is very light and would not be noticeable when worn (see photos 3 and 4). I also found a 1" light brown age spot towards the bottom of the skirt at the back right side (see photo 5) but this gets lost within the folds of the skirt and also would not be noticeable. The very bottom of the zipper has been sewn and reinforced by hand on the inside at some point but the zipper is still fully functional and does not show on the outside.

A small size. Bust measures 36" (will fit a 34" bust, my dressform that it is pictured on measures 34" around the bust and the dress fits it), underbust/rib is 30", waist measures 26 1/2" (will fit a 24"- 25 1/2" waist), Hips are full- will fit up to 36" hips, Bodice length from shoulder to waist seam is 14", dress length from shoulder to hem is 42".
