Product Description
A vintage 1950's Hawaiian shirt made in Hawaii for the Hawaiian Sports Shop inc. from brown Tiki patterned cotton.
The buttons look to be made from coconut and have horizontal button holes as well as a top button loop at the collar. The shirt has double stitched rows at the shoulder and side seams and the pocket fabric has been placed to try and match the pattern of the fabric- all signs of a high quality vintage Hawaiian shirt!
The shirt is in excellent condition and does not appear to have been worn very much if at all.
No sized listed but approx. a modern size large but please use my measurements as a guide and compare them against your own.
Shoulders measure 20 1/2" across, Chest measures 49" (will fit a chest of 38"- 44" depending on how loose you like your shirts or if wear it open with a T-shirt underneath), waist measures approx. 46", Back length from top of collar to bottom hem is 31", Sleeve length is 10 1/4".
