Product Description
A vintage late 1950's summer dress made from blue floral print nylon by St. Michael. Fastens at the side with a nylon zipper and has a gathered skirt which can be worn with a small crinoline petticoat underneath (not included).
The dress is in very good condition with some very light general overall wear from use and age. I spotted a small old handsewn repair to the seam edge of the left armhole just now while measuring the dress but is not noticeable on the outside. No underarm staining and the skirt does not have pink staining as shown in the photos, this is just from my crinoline showing underneath!
Sized on label as fitting a bust size of 40" and hips of 42", these are my measurements and this fits me. Waist measures 33" (will fit a 30"- 32" waist), Bodice length from shoulder to waist seam is 16", dress length from shoulder to hem is 41".
