Product Description
A vintage mid 1950's playsuit made from blue and white striped cotton sateen. The bust is boned and the bottom area is lined in white nylon so it could be used as a swimsuit as well. The sides are smocked and the back fastens with a metal zipper and hooks and eyes.
The playsuit is in very good condition with very little wear. I found a tiny 1/8" brown mark on the bottom back of the left bum cheek and a VERY VERY light yellow pinhead sized dot on the other side near the right hip. The twisted decoration on the bust area has a little bit of fraying at the edges but this does not affect the look of this lovely suit!
A size small. Bust measures 27"- 36", underbust measures 23" to approx. 32",
waist measures 23"- 27", Hips measure 37" (will fit 34" hips), length is approx. 26".
