Product Description
An unusual late 1950's- early 1960's purse set made from see-thru vinyl with threads of silver lurex and silver leaves moulded into the plastic.
The edges are bound together by silver lurex thread.
The purses are in excellent usable condition with no cracking in the vinyl. The large purse and yellowed slightly and has a faint odour of old cigarettes (this was an era when nearly everyone smoked and even doctors recommended it!). It is not overpowering but it is there.
The larger purse measures approx. 9 1/4" x 4".
The smaller purse measures 6" x 3 3/4".
