Product Description
An utterly FABULOUS late 1950's- early 1960's peignoir made by the now defunct Canadian ladies shop, D'Allaird's, from sheer white nylon tricot with pink rose appliques sewn on it.
The peignoir is in very good condition but does have some snagging to the fabric and a few small moth type holes (the biggest is about 1/8", see photo two) and some rust marks to the white ribbon ties (you could sew new ones on if you wished to change them- pink would look lovely!). Still beautiful and eye-catching!
A size large, I am 5'9" and a UK size 14/16 (US 12/14) and this fits me perfectly that I am tempted to keep it!!
Will fit shoulders of 16"- 17", Bust/waist and hips are full but would suit a bust of 40"- 42"/44". Length from shoulder to hem is approx. 39".
