A 1950's bathing suit made in Honolulu for Waltah Clarke's Hawaiian Shops from brown toned cotton sateen. The bust is lined in white cotton and while ties at the waist adjust the fit. the back has smocking and fastens with a metal zipper. The swimsuit is in EXCELLENT condition and does not look like it was worn. Clean and ready to go!
The size is a UK size 12 (US 10) TALL. This is my size and it fits me and my 5'9" height perfectly. Bust measures 35 1/2" but can stretch to 40 1/2" (will fit a 36"- 38"/39" bust), Waist measures 28" but can stretch to 30 1/4" (my waist is 30" and this fits me), Hips measure 41" (will fit hips up to 38"), Torso length (not including the adjustable shoulder straps) is 28".
