C.1910-1913. A lovely white cotton corset
to wear with your corset.
Decorated with oodles of Broderie
, and has slots on the upper bust to add your own baby ribbon (sexy red perhaps?). A remnant of the original ribbon remains. It fastens at the front with linen covered buttons and a drawstring at the waist. Handmade lace decorates each cuff of the puffed sleeve.
The size is wearable. The shoulders measure approx. 16", bust a little over 42" but this was meant to be pouched so a bust of 38"-41" would be ideal. The waist measures 28" but it can be made MUCH smalller with the drawstring. Length is 17" and this would have been worn with a straight 1910's corset.
