A late 1930's- early 1940's small black suede handbag with a vertical "piping" at the front and fastening with a tortoise shell colored Bakelite clasp. The inside of the bag is lined in black satin.
The bag is in very good condition with some light scuffing to the suede (on the handle and at the corner edges) from normal use and age. The suede is not dry and is still supple BUT the dye does come off in your hand so best for display or as a prop. Still a lovely bag for display.
Measures approx. 10" wide, 6" high (excluding the 6" high handle).
