A vintage 1950's crinoline petticoat by Penny Dale made from black nylon tricot with a light blue and white embroidered flowers on the black satin middle panel. A black net under layer gives the crinoline it's fullness. The nylon tricot hip yoke has an elasticated waistband.
The crinoline is in very good condition, the only alteration is that the original owner took up the satin panel to make the crinoline shorter but as you can see from the photos, this was very well done and blends in well with the crinoline.
Waist measures 24" but can stretch to 32", Hips measure 38"- 42", Length is 23".
