An Edwardian hat decoration made from two black ostrich feathers and a stiff white upright feather in the middle (not sure what bird this is from, any ideas- please let me know!) all head together by an old silk covered wire at the bottom. In excellent condition and would be perfect to use when restoring your antique hats or for making your reproduction hats more authentic. Measures 13".
