A vintage 1950's black crinoline petticoat by Margo made with a sheer black nylon hip yoke with layers of stiff black nylon lace. It's in excellent condition and I do not believe it has ever been worn! Waist measures 20" but can stretch to 34 1/2", Hips measures 44", Length is 32".
