A vintage 1950's- early 1960's crinoline petticoat by Havelet made from white paper nylon with a pink nylon netting hem. The pink net hem is quadrupled layered with each layer have a different colour ruffled ribbon edging in pink, yellow, white or blue for a rainbow effect! The waist is elasticated and the hip yoke is made from white nylon tricot.
The crinoline is in good condition with some light wear from use and age. No rips or stains. Waist measures 22" but can stretch to 36", Hips measure up to 40", Length is 27".
