A pair of c. 1869- early 1870's ladies button up boots made from black fustian fabric with knock on stacked leather heels. They have square toes and are built on a right and left last.
The boots are in fair good displayable condition but are too fragile to be worn. The metal buttons have rusting from age and one on the left boot is missing. The leather soles and heel have dried out. The fustian fabric has some discoloration from age but no rips or holes.
Stamped as a size 2 1/2. Measurements are for reference only: sole length is 8 1/2", width 2 1/2", boot height from top of heel is 7".
