A well made new reproduction Victorian men's frock coat made for my husband by a sutlers as we couldn't find an original antique one in his size. We no longer do reenactment events so it seems a shame for this to just sit in the closet!
It is made from medium weight black worsted wool blend and lined in black cotton with striped cotton lining the sleeves. It has a single breast fastening and a folded back vent. It's in excellent condition as my husband only wore it a couple of times to events
It is labeled as an XXL size. My husband is 5'11", 48" chest and 40"/41" waist in jeans and this fits him perfectly. Could also be worn by a taller man as well. Please check the measurements: Shoulders measure 22", chest measures approx. 51" (will fit a 46"- 48" chest), Waist measures approx. 49", Sleeve length is 26 1/2", Back length from top of collar to hem is 40".
