A 1950's heavily starched stiff white muslin long crinoline petticoat by Hoops! My Dear. It has a cotton panel at the front stomach area to cut down on bulk at the waistline and fastens at the left hip.
It's in very good wearable condition (it does not look like it was worn very much) but does have some light yellow age spotting from age and over 50 years of storage. Good for wearing underneath a vintage wedding gown or a longer skirt which requires a bit of "oomph"!
Waist measures approx. 29", Hips measure 42" (will fit hips up to about 38"), Length is 34".
