An early 1950's fitted and hourglass shaped New Look era jacket made from heavy weight red and black hounds tooth patterned wool and lined in fine black rayon crepe. The front fastens with Bakelite buttons (two buttons have some chipping to them, some black paint would cover this up or just replace them with your own favorite buttons). Apart from the little chips on two of the buttons, the jacket is in excellent condition!
Shoulders measure , Bust measures 36 1/2" (will fit a 34" bust), Waist measures 28" (will fit a 24"- 26" waist), Hips measure 38" (will fit 34"- 36" hips), Back length from top of collar to hem is 22 1/2", Sleeve length is approx. 20".
