A 1940's high waisted summer skirt of American origin, made from green and white candy striped cotton with a ruffled hem trimmed with white eyelet lace. It fastens with white glass buttons. The skirt is in excellent condition and does not appear to have been worn very much. Waist measures 28 1/2", Hips measure approx. 46" but will suit hips up to 40", Length is 33 1/2".
