A 1950's evening bag made from black velvet with black matte satin ruffles along the top and a matching handle. The clasp has clear glass rhinestones embedded in it and the lining is made from bronze satin with a small inside pocket.
The bag is in good- very good condition and does not appear to have been used very often. The only fault being that some of the velvet has worn away at the bottom corner seams from 50 years of storage. This is not obvious and does not detract from the look of the bag.
Bag measures 5 1/4" high (not including 4" high handle), approx. 8" wide and 2 1/2" deep.
