A lovely late 1950's- 1960's stocking suspender girdle by Stella Lucas. It gives more figure support than a normal stocking suspender belt but not as much as a "full" girdle- kind of in between the two!
It is made from light blue floral elastic with a blue satin non stretch panel at the front. Little bouquets of nylon ribbon flowers accent the bottom front and there are 4 metal clipped stocking suspenders.
The suspender girdle is in excellent condition, all the elastic being stretchy.
Labeled as a size "large". The unstretched waist measures 22" but can stretch to 32" (would suit a 28"-30" waist), Hips measure 31" but can stretch to nearly 40" (will suit 38" hips). My waist is 30" and hips are 38" and this fits me perfectly. Front length is 5 1/2", Back length is 6".
