An early 1950's pink rayon satin strapless boned bullet bra made by St. Michael. It has pink cotton lace trim with matching bust gussets and a elastic back which fastens with hooks and eyes. It is in good- very good condition with only the odd light mark or light brown colored age spot and some very light wear. The elastic at the back is still stretchy.
The size on the label states that it is a 36" bust but it seems a bit bigger than that. I am a 36E/F (bust is 38 1/2") and this is a bit small on me. On the smallest setting, the unstretched bust measures 37" but can stretch to 39". On the large setting, the unstretched bust measures 37 1/2" but can stretch to 40".
It is quite smallish in the rib, my ribs are 32 1/2" and this is a tight fit on me. The rib band on the small setting measures 27 1/2" (unstretched) but can go to 31 1/2". The rib band on the large setting measures 28 1/4" (unstretched) but can go to 32".
